Rude Manager

I loved whataburger up until today, I would go at least 4x a week at around 7am, I happened to go when the manager was at the window herself one morning , she was extremely rude to me while my daughter in the car. I'm assuming she was upset already because when I drove up to the window she was talking to her co worker about a car in front of me giving her a hard time about cheese.

Well first of all she didn't say good morning to me she just told me my total I handed her my card I was ready for her. I asked for two ketchups and asked if my sweet n low and cream was in the bag. She seemed irritated but I was just asking nicely. I knew she was irritated so I was really nice about asking I felt I was tip toeing around her attitude, anyways I asked one more question to be on my way to work and daughter to school and she blew up on me telling me very rude and loud to open the bag and check.

The way she told me was horrible so I simply said to her don't talk to me this way and as I was telling her she CLOSED the window as I was speaking. I didn't move the drive thru because I waited for a sincere apology. Her own co workers would come to the window and tell me she treats a lot of customers this way and no one has done anything about it. Well anyways her apology to me was " I don't know why I'm sorry but I'm sorry" that was her apology.

I'm extremely upset for being treated this way and waiting on corporate General manager now to make a change at this restaurant. I myself used to work at a fast food restaurant for 5 years and I was a manager so I know people can be rude but not once do you treat someone like that. Not only is it about customer service but it goes beyond a personal thing.

Even out of a customer service environment people shouldn't treat people like this. Want to spread the word that people shouldn't treat others like this.

Sounds like she needs to get thicker skin if she wants to be a fastfood manager. It is not an easy job, I sure as heck couldn't put up with the customers, but she obviously signed on for it.

Whataburger Drive-Through Review

Whataburger on 1488 in Magnolia, Texas has been horrible. Twice on the drive through they've gotten my order wrong. The first time they actually bad mouthed me and argued with me on what I ordered. Thankfully I can read lips and know what they said. I called them out on it. How hard can it be to get so someone's order right?

I went to Whataburger this evening 5/13/16 and went through the drive thru and ordered four meals that totaled $30. I usually get good food quality @ Whataburger, so maybe I just chose to go to the wrong one this evening. Everything on ALL FOUR MEALS were cold. The hamburgers were so cold that the cheese they just threw on my sandwiches were no where close to melting. The onion rings & fries were cold, and probably had been sitting there for awhile. I expect my food to be made hot n fresh anytime I go out to eat especially when I'm spending $30 with the establishment!! Restaurant #473 in Lawton, Oklahoma...I'm not satisfied with your food quality. You should always prepare your customers food the same way you would want yours to be. I guess for now on I'll continue going to the other Whataburger since they take pride in the quality of food they give their customers.

I am a loyal whataburger customer and usually visit 3x a week for dinner never have had a problem. On This Day April 1,2016 as if it was an april fools joke i was taken as ! I took my family to eat at whataburger after going skating and had the worst experience ever !!!! So we went in and i am always in charge of ordering our meals since i already know what we want . Ive become familiar with workers and managers and i noticed on this day there was a new manager that i did not recognize at all.Let me start off by saying im hispanic and the cashier which was the "manager" was taking my order as i started ordering she would keep on interrupting me in the middle as if she wasnt capable or she ddnt even know what buttons to press she was lost everytime she kept interrupting me she would want to speak spanish to me (she was hospanic too) she had a very strong accent and i couldnt understand anything she said!! I speak fluent english cant even notice i can speak spanish at all i had to repeat my order one by one at least 4x each and she still ddnt get it i said all were meals i stated what i wanted and what i ddnt want it got to the point to were i got angry and asked to have somebody else take my order, she REFUSED !!! She was even throwing my cups and threaten to call the cops for simply ordering it got me furious and told her i was not doing anything wrong she again contradicted me when i told her that apparently she ddnt know how to do her job since she was not professional at all and couldnt even take a simple order geeezzz!!! Horrible customer service and horrible manager !!! This was in Rockwall,Tx 75032 i will definitelly be insisting in calling the 1800 number because i would like for the owner or somebody that does care for concerns like these can look into the store cameras and verify for themselves what all happened and will hopefully take the measures needed to making this restaurant better.

My complaint is about the Whataburger in Gulf Breeze Florida it is consistently the worst Whataburger I have ever eaten at they make you wait 10 minutes for your order and then your orders not even fresh I will never eat there again and I will tell everybody I know not to eat there either it's shitholes like that who need to be shut down give a company with good food a chance to work

Plz give you location off 1960 and treashwigs rd a looking. Im here now at 12:30 am just got off work and I'll i want is a rootbeer float. The inside is closed (24hours?) and drive-thu is full hungry hourly waiting customers! Chick fila would just walk me out a rootbeer float!

We are sitting in the parking lot of Whaterburger on Telephone and Belford in Houston. It is pouring rain and the streets are flooding. We tried to go in, get a *** and wait out the rain. Whataburger locked the doors and would not let us in. A number of people tried to get in. I will never go to another Whaterburger.

how can a team have bad communication when they're wearing headsets? unbelievable.. employee at the window was a goof off, asst tried to get it right, but she handed off to the mgr, who was as lost as the order taker, after going to the drive thru twice, calling in 3x, still did not get the saus bob/ whataburger is supposed to maintain a high level of training and service, i have always experienced this at all Whataburgers, for 40 years, except for the Kingsville location, but that i can understand, because, well, it's Kingsville / but for an employee to be laughing or chuckling while he is on speaker taking an order can only lead to mistakes, poor communication between the team also of course leads to mistakes / mistakes happen of course, but this team couldn't fix the mistake, and that is what was so disappointing

Went to the new Whataburger in Temple, TX....And it was terrible....order was ABSOLUTELY wrong and that is the 3rd time in a row that ive gone there just to drive the 15 mins home and then find out that they screwed up again! Tonight i ordered a double meat whataburger with only cheese and ketchup and got it home and it had lettuce, onions and mustard....but the worse part....they forgot not one but both of my meat patties....WTH?!? I definitely wont be going to that Whataburger ever again! They need to get their stuff together!!

Didn't get what I Paid for. A co-worker and I went to the Whataburger on Little Road on our lunch break, we both ordered Chopper House Cheese Burger combo meal. We only got one CHCB, the other was a whataburger with mayo and mustard with all the veggies. We just cut our burgers in half so that we could share. I was so disappointed and a little angry, and so was my co-worker. On mt behalf next time I will have to check my food before pulling off. The reason we didn't do that was because we ordered the same thing, we were in the drive thru and there was a line behind us. Also we have a time limit on our lunch break.

This is the second time that I have ordered my favorite meal only to be disappointed. What has happened to the chicken? If I wanted a finger chicken basket , I would have gone to tiny chicken finger mainly batter with a hint of chicken in it place. What has happened? How can whataburger justify charging what they charge for a chicken meal on texas toast and and give you a dollar menu item?Totally pissed. Hey whataburger we do have a choice where we as consumers eat. I was told the first time this happened it would never happen again,well...your right, I won't let it happen again!!! Shame on you!

Hello my name is Wendy Rose I live in Katy Tx and I happen to stop by to get a burger. Just to let you know this was not my first time . I really enjoy your hamburgers!!!!!. Well on this particular day 4/22/16 around 1:00 time may not be exact some one at the drive thru kept going and it put your staff in total confusion. From that point 2 more customers got the wrong order on top of that I had been waiting for 10 min and another customer came in placed a order and got his food immediately after that I ask about my order and was told that he got his order because it was ready ask about mine again then was asked what did I order.At that point I ask for a refund employee went to Manger who was standing there the whole time and he never apologized. He came to the register then turned around and went to the back without acknowledging me!!! I Asked where did he go. She went to check and came back with my order. Saginaw, TX - This is not fast food. It's cheap food, done slow. The late night lines are 15-20 mins minimum. They ask you too many questions. If you want a cheeseburger you better bring a #2 pencil b/c it's like you're taking your SAT's. "Our cheeseburgers don't come with cheese"??? WTF does that even mean??! And who the *** actually wants spicy ketchup?!? I left this BS exam and went to Taco Bell!!!
